Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The private beach area offered a serene environment, and the room was spacious and well-appointed. However, I found the service lacking, particularly during breakfast, which took an unusually long time despite a limited menu. The overall experience was okay, but not what I would expect for the price paid, especially regarding the valet service which left my truck dirty.
My stay had its ups and downs. The staff was friendly and provided helpful service when I needed it. The beach area was well-maintained and added to the relaxing vibe. However, I found the inconsistent food quality at the restaurant disappointing and felt that the room didn't quite match what was promised in the advertisement. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I expected more for the price.
We had a lovely time at this resort, which felt perfect for our honeymoon. The beach access and attentive staff were definitely highlights, while the dining options and room views had room for improvement. The location gave us great access to local attractions, though there was an issue with some additional charges upon check out that left us feeling somewhat dissatisfied.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While the staff provided exceptional service, which truly made our experience better, the condition of some facilities was disappointing, especially the beach situation with seaweed and the broken elevator. I loved the spaciousness of the room, although the view could have been better. Overall, there were pros like the lovely pool area and helpful staff, but the dining options and additional fees felt excessive.
My recent stay at The Reach had its highlights and low points. The location is fantastic, with a nice private beach and close proximity to popular attractions. The rooms were spacious but felt rather basic for the price I paid. Service was a major letdown this time around, especially with the dining and valet experiences not meeting expectations.
I was excited about the stay, but it ended up being a mixed bag. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the attractions, and the staff were friendly and eager to help. However, the room situation was quite frustrating, as I booked an ocean view but got stuck with a palm tree view. The dining experience also left a lot to be desired, with a pretty steep price for what felt like basic offerings. Overall, it’s a convenient spot but maybe not the best option if you’re looking for a top-tier experience.
I had a lovely time celebrating my wife's birthday at this hotel. The service was impeccable, and the grounds were beautiful, making for a relaxed stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Southernmost Point of the US and a quick drive to Duval Street. However, I was disappointed with the maintenance issues and the overall state of some areas of the hotel, which did not align with the Hilton brand's usual standards.
I expected a lot more from this hotel given its Hilton branding. While the location was convenient for exploring Key West, the facilities and room maintenance left much to be desired. The fire alarms going off at night were quite disruptive, and there was a noticeable lack of upkeep throughout the property. However, the on-site restaurant had excellent food, which was a highlight of my stay.
The hotel has an impressive renovation and offers friendly staff who are attentive and helpful. While the beach area is unfortunately affected by seaweed, the pool is beautiful and the overall ambiance is welcoming. However, some issues with room maintenance and the high resort fee detracted from the experience.
